Job Summary
A pharmaceutical and biotechnology development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Medical Writing Head Executive Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing senior leaders within Medical Writing across all Therapeutic Areas
- Maintaining collaborative relationships with cross-functional leaders to ensure global continuity in document philosophy and practices
- Representing Medical Writing on senior leadership teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- PhD/Masters Degree 14+ years of extensive clinical research and development
- Bachelors Degree with 16+ years of extensive clinical research and development
- Understanding of the strategy for resourcing and content of clinical/regulatory documents
- Expertise in leading large, cross-functional teams
- Expertise in global regulatory affairs
- Expert influencing, verbal communication, project management, and medical writing skills
