Job Summary
A mining and production company has a current position open for a Remote Global Process Expert.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identify, describe and support the implementation of standardization & improvement measures
- Standardize processes across all BUs / locations and identification, collection, consolidation and elaboration
- Define, update and conduct continuous improvement of process performance indicators (PPIs)
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in business administration or (business) IT
- Extensive professional experience in the relevant functional area (at least 3 years)
- Comprehensive understanding of RHIM business units and their respective business models
- Experience in the optimization of business processes and methods for process improvement
- Ability to implement smaller projects independently, lean management and problem-solving competencies
- Experience in working with performance metrics desirable
