Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Professional Services Instructional Designer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Translating identified performance gaps and business needs into learning requirements with measurable learning objectives
- Choosing appropriate instructional strategies and content modalities
- Analyzing, selecting, and/or adapting existing content assets to incorporate into learning programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 5-10 years learning design experience using ADDIE/SAM or similar instructional design methodology
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver high quality solutions quickly and adapt and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and content performance
- Ability to take complex messaged from multiple stakeholders and transform them into simple solutions
