Job Summary

A social media company has an open position for a Remote Global Programs Events and Early Career Recruiting Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage programs and events for university students, recent graduates and early career talent
  • Augment the talent acquisition and talent branding efforts of the broader Talent Acquisition team
  • Participate in global events that identify a healthy pipeline of talent for all roles and all functions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 10+ years work experience in early career recruiting or related area
  • 5+ years work experience building, coaching, and leading high performing global recruiting teams
  • Experience providing efficient and effective enterprise wide recruitment strategies
  • Consistent track record of building successful recruiting programs and events
  • Subject matter expertise on emerging trends and technologies in the global recruiting space
