Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Remote Global Project Design on Disaster Risk Reduction and Recovery Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Develop a comprehensive approach for projects in the area of DRR and recovery
- Prepare of other proposals submitted to donors
- Perform related tasks as assigned
Qualifications for this position include:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- 10+ years of experience, in the area of disaster risk reduction and recovery]
- experience in developing disaster risk reduction and recovery strategy
- Solid understanding of the funding environment for the areas of drr and recovery
- Experience with the design of project documents
- Excellent research, analytical, writing and communication skills
