Job Summary

A technology and business services company is in need of a Remote Global Recruiting Head.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
• Developing a technology-driven, highly-automated screening and assessment process that ensures that we only hire the best candidates
• Establishing and managing outcome-focused global recruiting processes that are data-driven to provide our executive team with real-time visibility

Qualifications Include:

• Significant experience (5+ years) recruiting in a professional services or technology product organization
• Experience (3+ years) leading recruiting teams and driving successful recruiting outcomes
• Demonstrated strong understanding of data-driven recruiting practices and outcome-oriented methods (OKRs, etc.)
• Experience establishing and designing recruiting processes and reporting
• Familiarity with talent management and applicant tracking systems
• Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, interviewing and evaluation
