Job Summary

A software developer is in need of a Remote Global SaaS Customer Support Vice President.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure delivery of outstanding support to customers operating around the world, around the clock, in multiple languages
  • Define and execute multichannel support programs, including email, voice, and potentially chat, for customers large and small
  • Partner with the company's R&D, Sales, and Customer Success departments to identify and prioritize product defects

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Enterprise SaaS support leadership experience
  • A successful track record as a manager-of-managers (Director or higher)
  • Experience with 24x7x365 service delivery
  • Experience leading a globally distributed team
  • A systems thinking approach
  • Ability to think and act cross-functionally
