Job Summary
A software developer is in need of a Remote Global SaaS Customer Support Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Ensure delivery of outstanding support to customers operating around the world, around the clock, in multiple languages
- Define and execute multichannel support programs, including email, voice, and potentially chat, for customers large and small
- Partner with the company's R&D, Sales, and Customer Success departments to identify and prioritize product defects
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Enterprise SaaS support leadership experience
- A successful track record as a manager-of-managers (Director or higher)
- Experience with 24x7x365 service delivery
- Experience leading a globally distributed team
- A systems thinking approach
- Ability to think and act cross-functionally
