Job Summary
A privately-held information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Sales Compensation Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting the Sales Compensation organization through data analytics, project management, process improvement and automation
- Coordinating roll-out of the Sales Compensation Strategy, and related assets for the year-to-year refresh between the multi-functional teams
- Managing the build and delivery of monthly and quarterly sales compensation metric reports
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of work experience with 5 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations related to Sales Compensation
- General compensation knowledge at global high-tech companies
- Demonstrated strong understanding and experience with sales compensation structures and mechanics
- Prior ownership and implementation, consistent execution, and accurate measurement of sales incentive programs
- Ability to understand, manipulate and create quantitative and qualitative metrics to gauge effectiveness of the company's programs
