Leading the data analysis, modeling, and recommendations to drive business decisions
Providing commission accrual estimates
Leading centralized sales compensation efforts and oversight of sales incentives, globally

Position Requirements Include:

6 years of proven experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Consulting, Finance, or related fields
4 years experience of successfully leading a team compensation administrators and analysts
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Salesforce.com
Ability to analyze and solve problems
Strong communication skills, both orally and written
