A software company has an open position for a Remote Global Sales Compensation Senior Manager.

  • Leading the data analysis, modeling, and recommendations to drive business decisions
  • Providing commission accrual estimates
  • Leading centralized sales compensation efforts and oversight of sales incentives, globally

Position Requirements Include:

  • 6 years of proven experience, ideally in Sales Operations, Consulting, Finance, or related fields
  • 4 years experience of successfully leading a team compensation administrators and analysts
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills, both orally and written
