Job Summary
A software development company. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Sales Development Director .
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure sales accepted opportunities are sourced in accordance with company targets
- Motivate and develop SDRs in alignment to our leveling concept
- Manage SDR rosters for tracking ramp adjusted capacity and productivity
Position Requirements Include:
- 7-10 years of experience managing SDR & BDR teams and Pipeline Management
- Proven capabilities to create and manage a SDR/BDR organization
- Proven results from Sales organization
- Understanding of CRM (Hubspot) will be important
