Job Summary

A software development company. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Sales Development Director .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales accepted opportunities are sourced in accordance with company targets
  • Motivate and develop SDRs in alignment to our leveling concept
  • Manage SDR rosters for tracking ramp adjusted capacity and productivity

Position Requirements Include:

  • 7-10 years of experience managing SDR & BDR teams and Pipeline Management
  • Proven capabilities to create and manage a SDR/BDR organization
  • Proven results from Sales organization
  • Understanding of CRM (Hubspot) will be important
