Job Summary
A healthcare software provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Services Coordinator in Dallas.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating all Services support for company projects and Raise Purchase orders
- Developing deployment strategies for all equipment to include destination country, customs’ considerations, costs, timelines, etc
- Analyzing, automating and documenting procedures plus facilitating correspondences with vendors for needed support
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 1 year Import and/or Export Logistics experience or a combination of education and experience
- Ability to make rapid and effective business decisions based on data and analysis
- Willingness to work in a fast paced working environment Must have strong organization skills
- Have strong project management, prioritization and follow up skills
- Have interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Be a self-starter with analytical problem solving skills
