Job Summary

A multinational technology firm is seeking a Remote Global Services Field Operations Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Overseeing cross-regional fulfillment, mobility, global capacity planning, governance, vendor management solutions, etc
  • Developing and monitoring policies, business processes, and the internal audit and compliance function
  • Providing business direction and guide consistency in business practices for field operations teams

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 10+ years of experience working in technology and back-office business operations
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area
  • Executive-level experience managing others in a project-based environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in technology, enterprise-grade applications, business intelligence (BI) platforms, etc
  • Experience with project management techniques
  • Expert knowledge of business process management, program management, customer experience, finance, planning, and forecasting
