Job Summary
A company that researches and develops products for the healthcare industry needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Global Services Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating global and regional efforts to drive baselining, standardization, optimization and productivity in service operations processes
- Building continuous improvement capability through implementation of various processes, tools and methods
- Working with Region teams to define the global process requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or technical discipline, logistics, supply chain
- At least 10 years of experience in Service Field Operations, Service Delivery and/or Quality processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven leadership skills to drive projects in a complex environment with several stakeholders
- Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
