A privately-held computer software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Global Services Recruiting Sourcer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

- Help build the company's talent brand in addition to the talent pipeline
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of direct and creative sourcing experience across multiple departments
- Demonstrable experience recruiting for a fast-paced company
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Sharp eye for business with the ability to listen and ask questions
- Able to cold call and establish relationships by phone, email, and social media channels
- Working knowledge of ATS tools
