Job Summary

An IT company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Global Support Organization Lead Technical Incident Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing technical insight from critical incidents
  • Ensuring TIMs in all three global regions follow consistent guidelines
  • Formalizing the process, procedures for the new organization

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Understanding and knowledge of physical datacenters
  • Knowledge and exposure with distributed systems across hyper-scale, cloud-based environments
  • Demonstrated strategic and tactical thinking, quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong analytical acumen
  • Working knowledge of physical IT infrastructures
  • Solid understanding of large scale networking
