A global biopharmaceutical company has an open position for a Remote Global Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist in West Point.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serve as point-of-contact with the technology group on applicant tracking system
- Create reports and dashboards for the global talent acquisition function
- Conduct and build upon year-round compliance initiatives
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or applicable years of experience
- Three years’ experience preferably in a pharmaceutical or bio-tech
- Two years of operations experience troubleshooting technical issues
- Ability to handle confidential information
