Job Summary
A software-as-a-service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Global Talent Acquisition Partner.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and owning full-cycle recruitment across functions with a focus on North America Sales
- Continuing to keep in touch with talent pools after they start to ensure engagement across the organization
- Utilizing various recruitment tools, events and networking channels to proactively drive talent into the pipeline
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of corporate and/or staffing agency recruitment experience
- Experience working with an ATS
- Ability to select high caliber talent, working to ensure candidates are a true match to the company needs
