Job Summary
A technology services provider has an open position for a Remote Global Talent Acquisition VP.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and driving effective strategies and practices that are aligned to company's global business goals and talent initiatives
- Implementing practices, processes, training and tools that enable us to continue to evolve and scale our TA practices
- Inspiring, growing and nurturing a global team of engaged talent acquisition professionals who deliver on our Business and Technical hiring needs
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of progressively responsible talent acquisition experience with a portion of this time as a Recruiting Manager and/or Recruiting Consultant responsible for strategy, process and team management
- Experience hiring, managing and inspiring a team of excellent TA progressionals
- Experience and proven success working with TA diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Proven success in delivering consistent results under time pressures while managing multiple priorities & stakeholders
- Knowledge and hands-on expertise developing a well rounded employment branding strategy including methods for utilizing social media and other professional networks
