Job Summary
An outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote Global Talent Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Develop and implement a global recruitment and talent strategy
- Engage in workforce planning and forecasting organization-wide
- Provide general recruitment and talent acquisition support
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel internationally when needed (up to 20% annually)
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ten (10) years recruitment experience
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Three (3) or more years of progressive supervisory experience
