Job Summary
A social media company has a current position open for a Remote Global Talent Mobility Finance Operations Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing a detailed understanding of relocation, immigration, and tax finance operations to facilitate planning and forecasting
- Partnering with relocation, immigration, and tax leadership to support contracting, sourcing, and invoicing requests
- Developing financial models and metrics to track key drivers of relocation growth and to forecast future capacity needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Data Sciences
- 6+ years experience in Financial modeling and Analytics from a consulting firm, accounting firm, relocation management company, immigration law firm, investment bank, private equity, or Fortune 500 company
- Knowledge of finance and accounting concepts
- Experience with SQL
- Ability to apply an analytical lens to identify financial impacts of projected investments and programs
- Ability to contribute to near-term and long-range strategic planning
