Job Summary
A social media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Global Talent Selection Partner.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting Global Talent Selection objectives by identifying, scoping and executing projects
- Creating job-relevant, high-quality selection content for a variety of assessment tools
- Creating, tracking and measuring project metrics and ensure necessary insights are collected, shared and acted on
Position Requirements Include:
- Direct experience conducting job analysis activities for technical roles
- 6+ years of assessment consulting experience building selection systems
- Knowledge of a variety of employee assessments and techniques
- Experience conducting qualitative research through surveys, interviews, observations, and/or focus groups
- Proficiency in basic statistical analyses (e.g., correlations, ANOVAs, regression)
- Experience working cross-functionally in high-paced and or fluid environments
