Remote Global Tax Manager

Job Summary

A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Global Tax Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing and reviewing fixed assets, credit analysis
• Managing the tax compliance process for assigned entities
• Providing the appropriate responses to documents and information requested by federal and state audits to the IRS

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 7+ years of tax provision experience with a major multinational corporation, Big 4 firm, or equivalent
• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws and regulations and capability of application in new situations
• Strong knowledge of International tax laws including: EU and Japan
• Experience in a hardware startup environment
