Job Summary

A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote Global Tax Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Managing and reviewing fixed assets, credit analysis
Managing the tax compliance process for assigned entities
Providing the appropriate responses to documents and information requested by federal and state audits to the IRS

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

7+ years of tax provision experience with a major multinational corporation, Big 4 firm, or equivalent
BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws and regulations and capability of application in new situations
Strong knowledge of International tax laws including: EU and Japan
Experience in a hardware startup environment
