Job Summary
An integrated healthcare services and products company has a current position open for a Remote Global Tax Planning and Controversy Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementing tax controversy strategies
- Analyzing transactions for areas of tax risk and opportunities
- Performing detailed tax research and analysis
Qualifications Include:
- Experience with M&A
- Minimum of 15 to 20 years of corporate tax experience
- Firm understanding of financial accounting practices and an In-depth knowledge of ASC740 reporting standards
- Exceptional communication skills
