Job Summary

An integrated healthcare services and products company has a current position open for a Remote Global Tax Planning and Controversy Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementing tax controversy strategies
  • Analyzing transactions for areas of tax risk and opportunities
  • Performing detailed tax research and analysis

Qualifications Include:

  • Experience with M&A
  • Minimum of 15 to 20 years of corporate tax experience
  • Firm understanding of financial accounting practices and an In-depth knowledge of ASC740 reporting standards
  • Exceptional communication skills
