Job Summary

A digital product agency is filling a position for a Remote Global Technical Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Giving back to the community via open source and blog posts
• Teaching and being taught
• Interacting directly with internal and external clients

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Travel according to client's needs
• Experience with sourcing techniques including recruiting on social or communities platforms
• Strong usability with Talent Acquisition databases, hands on experience using Greenhouse and it’s CRM tool
• Love to communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
• Passionate about measuring conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants
• Use Trello, Jira or similar products for tracking work
