- Oversee, lead and execute the GTS business unit Human Resources agenda
- Lead the HR strategy and operation

Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel required and primarily to other site locations (up to 30%)
- A minimum of 15 years of HR experience
- Experience working in complex, matrix and global environment
- Documented HR experience within the High-Tech industry
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions and successful transformation results
