Job Summary
A technology company that specializes in cybersecurity has an open position for a Remote Global Total Rewards Vice President.
Must be able to:
- Build and set the vision & strategy for Total Rewards programs
- Build the team, develop existing talent, and attract exceptional talent
- Design and deliver all programs and workflows around compensation and benefits
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Minimum of 10+ years of Total Rewards in a global technology-centric scaling organization
- Minimum 5 years’ Total Rewards (compensation & benefits) team leadership experience
- Experience in change management and influencing across complex areas
- Experience selecting and managing global vendors and brokers
- Ability to approach key decisions and changes with a high level of rigor
