Job Summary

A technology company that specializes in cybersecurity has an open position for a Remote Global Total Rewards Vice President.

Must be able to:

  • Build and set the vision & strategy for Total Rewards programs
  • Build the team, develop existing talent, and attract exceptional talent
  • Design and deliver all programs and workflows around compensation and benefits

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Minimum of 10+ years of Total Rewards in a global technology-centric scaling organization
  • Minimum 5 years’ Total Rewards (compensation & benefits) team leadership experience
  • Experience in change management and influencing across complex areas
  • Experience selecting and managing global vendors and brokers
  • Ability to approach key decisions and changes with a high level of rigor
