Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Remote Global Training and Development Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and coaching a team of international direct reports and partner trainers
- Building relationships and consensus with product owners, sales leaders and executives
- Managing budgets, forecasts and KPIs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Attend team-building events
- 7+ years leading and managing enterprise or global training teams
- Track record of implementing traditional and modern training methods
- Experience implementing and maintaining multiple LMS systems and with all company-required technologies
- Experience in IT, SaaS, on-premise software training or equivalent subscription models
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Instructional Design or other related field or equivalent experience
