Job Summary

A manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Global Training and Education Manager in Somerset.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing curriculum and training content, delivery, and learning tools
• Supporting the delivery of various forms of training including in-person, roadshows, and digital methods
• Onboarding new hires and training the Sales Organization on delivering a clear and concise value proposition

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel a minimum of 30% of the time
• An Educational degree, or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of training experience
• Extensive knowledge of adult learning methods, including knowledge of effective instructional design implementation
• Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Expert in developing training curriculum and content
