A social media company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Global Workforce Solutions Product Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring comprehensive and timely communication across diverse stakeholder teams
- Partnering with a variety of engineering and operations teams to identify the highest impact opportunities
- Identifying, brainstorming, designing, and launching initiatives to build new/transform existing Workforce & Readiness capabilities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of project or program management experience
- 3+ years of workforce management and/or complex operations experience
- Experience collaborating with cross functional stakeholders
- Experience designing, building and rolling out internal support processes
- Experience operating in ambiguity and rapid-change while developing creative solutions to difficult problems
