Job Summary

An aerospace engineering and development company is in need of a Remote GNC Aerospace Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work across company’s programs, with a focus on XL-1 Moon Mission One
• Serve as a technical contributor to challenging engineering problems and having key input into the XL-1 design, build, and test
• Assist with the work to develop hardware architecture, select flight computers, solar panels, and power system hardware

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years industry or "on the job" experience
• Experience with spacecraft or launch vehicles and working on ambitious projects
• Experience with 6DOF Simulations using MATLAB and Simulink
• Proven strong skills with computer hardware and software
• Demonstrated reliable and effective communication skills
• Ability to ensure appropriate reliability and fault tolerance
