A business and team software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Go To Market and Business Talent Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build and foster relationships as a thought partner
  • Own our global hiring programs
  • Develop innovative approaches to deploy sourcing strategies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
  • 3+ years of experience owning recruiting operations and leading and coaching a recruiting team
  • Experience working with recruiting tools andsystems
  • Skilled at partnering with global hiring stakeholders to build effective sourcing
  • Experience utilizing data and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated success in supporting a fast-paced, distributed workforce
