A business and team software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Go To Market and Business Talent Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Build and foster relationships as a thought partner
- Own our global hiring programs
- Develop innovative approaches to deploy sourcing strategies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience
- 3+ years of experience owning recruiting operations and leading and coaching a recruiting team
- Experience working with recruiting tools andsystems
- Skilled at partnering with global hiring stakeholders to build effective sourcing
- Experience utilizing data and analytical skills
- Demonstrated success in supporting a fast-paced, distributed workforce
