Remote Go to Market Finance Finance Manager

Job Summary

A software and cloud communications company is filling a position for a Remote Go to Market Finance Finance Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Create and operationalize the Regional GTM P&Ls
• Establish proactive processes and reports for tracking and providing real-time visibility on P&L dynamics and budgets
• Advise senior leadership on overall workforce and sales finance strategy within GTM

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in a progressive financial role
• 1+ years leading a team of direct reports
• Expert skill level with analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Anaplan, Tableau)
• Deep understanding of P&L components, unit economics, and common SaaS metrics
• Strong communication & analytical skills
• Experience functioning across a matrixed organization, building and working with regional P&Ls
