Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Go To Market Senior Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting hiring managers with the identification, sourcing and closing diverse, top tier talent
  • Reviewing business needs and help hiring managers think holistically about talent solutions across the business.
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams like People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, Legal and Finance

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, agency experience a bonus
  • Experience supporting Go-To market skill sets including sales, pre-sales, professional services and/or customer success
  • Knowledge within the data management, database, business intelligence and cloud computing space ideal
  • Proven track record of building relationships with internal executives and acting as trusted advisor
  • Ability to thrive in a learning environment, embrace new ideas and problem solve unaided
