Job Summary
A security software company is seeking a Remote Golang API Backend Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Building out API services comprised of Golang
- Defining and driving the API evolution to support the business goals and user experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to accommodate for travel to offsites, team gatherings, and annual conferences
- Minimum of 2+ years professional experience writing API services
- Minimum 1 year writing Go
- Experience using PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, memcached/Redis, CDNs
- Experience using Docker, Docker Compose, Protobuf, gRPC, gRPC gateway
- Deep understanding of modern authentication mechanisms
