Job Summary

A company is looking for a Golf Trusted Advisor (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual golf consultation appointments, providing product recommendations based on the Golfer's needs
• Assist customers with order placements, status inquiries, and merchandise selections while ensuring satisfaction and brand loyalty
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and execute back-office functions related to inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with equivalent experience
• Knowledge of golf products and experience playing the game
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong presentation skills
