Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and maintenance of government contracting systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
• Support accounting operations, including reconciliations, job-costing, and financial reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to troubleshoot system issues and enhance processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience with government contracting systems and financial data management
• Proficiency with SQL databases and experience with QuickBooks Online and payroll systems
• Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and compliance rules
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
