Job Summary
A subscription billing software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Governance and Compliance Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing, maintaining and recommending ISMS Policies, procedures, and Standard Operating procedures
- Leading and delivering all certifications and audits ISO audit,
- Planning and executing the business-as-usual activities of GRC
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Exposure of SaaS world and related global compliances with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of compliance frameworks
- Understanding of data privacy and security requirements and its implications
- Experience in handling GRC systems, SOX and IT controls
- Experience in handling Articulating identified issues to the business for remediation, mitigation, and sign-off
- Good articulation skills and should be able to conduct trainings
