Job Summary
A market leader in transfer agency and share registration is in need of a Remote Governance Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as the central point of contact for risk and control programs and requirements
- Providing information and updates as requested by partner groups online of business risk and control related activities.
- Ensuring operational risks are properly identified, controls are effective, and properly documented in systems of record
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in trust, risk, compliance, audit or financial services
- Proactively monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation
- Critical thinking and tactical decision making
- Communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
- Business service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending issues/needs, and recommending solutions
- Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
