Job Summary

A software developer specializing in compensation data and insights is seeking a Remote Governance Risk and Compliance Analyst in Boston.

Must be able to:

• Play a key role in defining, implementing, and supporting the internal and external Audit, Governance, Risk, and Compliance functions
• Support information security policies and frameworks across multiple platforms
• Help build out standards and processes supporting the information security program

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of work experience in a commercial-based SaaS or software company
• Experience working and collaborating with multiple teams including Engineering, IT, and HR
• Experience with an Information Security control framework such as CIS, ISO 27001, or NIST
• Experience working with technical IT audits such as SOC2 or ISO27001
• Proven understanding of risk management principles and concepts
