Job Summary

A software technology company is filling a position for a Remote Governance Risk and Compliance Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting with internal and external audits and assessments
• Conducting third party controls evaluation to determine risk
• Performing other duties within the scope of governance, risk, and compliance as needed

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years relevant experience, or a BA or BS / MA or MS degree
• Fundamental technical understanding of key technologies s
• Experience in typical office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
• Practical experience with policy and regulatory mandates
