Job Summary
A healthcare solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Government and Commercial Healthcare Insurance Accounts Receivable Specialist II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring claims for missing information, authorization and control numbers (ICN//DCN)
- Updating patient demographics and/or insurance information in appropriate systems
- Conducting research and appropriately statuses unpaid or denied claims
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience reviewing EOB and UB-04 forms to conduct A/R activities
- Experience identifying billing errors and resubmitting claims
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of experience in healthcare insurance accounts receivable follow up
- Demonstrated ability to navigate Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve goals
