Job Summary
A travel management solutions provider has a current position open for a Remote Government and Military Accounts EV Travel Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering calls and emails and provide prompt customer service to clients
- Booking and issuing airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
- Maintaining sufficient account knowledge
Qualifications for this position include:
- Native SABRE experience required.
- HS diploma or GED or 1 to 3 months experience/training or equivalent education/experience
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Understanding of Government/federal travel requirements and contract fares
- Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and emails
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
