Job Summary
A travel management agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Government and Military Accounts Travel Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients
- Maintaining sufficient account knowledge
- Booking airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
Position Requirements Include:
- HS diploma or GED; or 1 to 3 months related experience, or equivalent combination
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Pursues training and development opportunities
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Experience working with a high volume of phone calls and email
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS database software
