Job Summary
A travel management company has an open position for a Remote Government and Military Accounts Travel Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering calls and emails promptly from clients
- Booking airline, hotel, car and other tour reservations
- Maintaining sufficient account knowledge
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED; or 1 to 3 months related experience, or equivalent combination
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Proficient with Microsoft Office SABRE, ARC, and TRAMS software
- Understanding of Government travel requirements
- Pursues training and development opportunities
- Experience working with a high volume of phone calls
