Job Summary
A travel company has a current position open for a Remote Government and Military Accounts Travel Consultant in Chicago.
Must be able to:
- Answer calls and emails promptly
- Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients
- Research complex travel rules and regulations for each client
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Negligible travel
- High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 months related experience or equivalent combination
- Working knowledge of a GDS System
- Understanding of Government travel requirements, visas and passports
- Understanding of contract fares, city fares and international routing
- Understanding of Federal Regulations
