Job Summary
A health and human services programs provider is in need of a Remote Government Call Center Quality Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and maintenance of the quality plan for contact center operations
- Provide strategic management to a team of area Quality Managers and Quality Analyst
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline
- 5-7 years of related experience in contact center monitoring, quality assurance, operations and/or customer service
- Proficiency with MS Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio
