Remote Government Compliance and Risk Analyst

Job Summary

A managed care organization is seeking a Remote Government Compliance and Risk Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Overseeing development and implementation of and monitor adherence to corrective action plans
• Maintaining a thorough and comprehensive understanding of plan business practices
• Participating in the development and implementation of compliance metrics for relevant business units

Required Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of federal and state regulations required
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent field required
• Minimum five (5) years' experience with managed care, Medicare and/or Medicaid programs required
• Strong PC skills including experience with MS Project, MS Office, MS Outlook, or equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years' experience in a private and/or public sector regulatory agency compliance position required
• Ability to exercise professional judgment in analyzing and resolving issues
