An information technology company is seeking a Remote Government Consulting Senior Professional.
Must be able to:
- Craft and update training procedure manuals, guides and course materials
- Conduct needs assessments, gap analyses, and gather requirements
- Track, measure, and analyze participant feedback
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Traveling to various state clients sites (post COVID-related travel freeze)
- Over 2 years of experience in training and organizational change management
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent
- Ability to translate complex messages and topics into simple, clear communications
