Job Summary
A legal consulting and staffing firm has an open position for a Remote Government Contracts Attorney.
Must be able to:
- Advise companies on all phases of the procurement process
- Advise companies concerning engineering and supply chain, drafting and negotiating contracts
- Advise companies on sales and marketing and compliance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 6+ years of government contracts experience
- Prior experience at an AmLaw 200 corporate law firm or at a sophisticated boutique firm preferred
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in state of residence
- Excellent academic credentials from a top 50 law school
- Experience as in-house counsel for a major company offering services to public sector customers is strongly preferred
- Outstanding references
