Job Summary
A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Government Counsel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing ideas for litigation, legal policy reform, fact investigations, and other legal projects
- Researching and devising innovative legal arguments
- Managing affirmative impact litigation
Position Requirements Include:
- Bar membership in good standing in the counsel’s jurisdiction of residence
- A passionate commitment to the preservation of democratic norms and institutions
- Experience conducting relevant legal work
- Exceptional writing skills for materials intended for both legal and non-legal audiences
- Excellent critical thinking skills
